Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of your session, but you can expect to receive your stunning images within 3-4 weeks. We’ll keep you updated throughout the editing process, and you’ll be notified as soon as your online gallery is ready to view and share!

Through your online gallery, you can easily purchase additional digital images, high-quality prints in various sizes, or even the entire album as a beautiful keepsake. It’s the perfect way to cherish all the captured memories from your session.

Sometimes capturing all the magic requires a little extra time. Session extensions are available upon request. When contacting us for information, please specify your desired extension length so we can create a custom quote for you.

We understand that things come up! We strive to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your session. Rescheduling fees may apply depending on the circumstances. We’ll work with you to find a new date and time that works best for everyone. Just let us know and we’ll make it happen!

We’re happy to travel to your chosen location! The base package includes travel within 30 miles (one way) from Athens, AL. Beyond that, a modest per-mile fee applies to cover additional travel costs. Just let us know your location and we’ll provide a custom quote!


We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Your session is considered cancelled when we receive written notification via text message, instant message, or email. Please note that the retainer fee is non-refundable except in the most extenuating circumstances. We encourage you to review our full cancellation policy included in your session agreement for complete details. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Safety is always a priority! In the event of inclement weather that could compromise the quality or safety of your session, we’ll work together to reschedule your session for a mutually agreeable date at no additional cost. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we can explore alternative indoor locations to capture your moments. However, if no suitable alternative can be found, we’ll issue a full refund of your session fee. We’ll keep you updated on weather forecasts and communicate proactively to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

At Living Life Media, we retain the copyright of all photographic work created during your session. This allows us to use the images for self-promotion, portfolio development, and marketing purposes (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing). As the client, you receive a non-exclusive license for unlimited personal use of your images. This includes printing, sharing online with friends and family, and creating personal keepsakes. Please note: Your images cannot be used for commercial purposes or submitted to competitions without explicit written consent from Living Life Media. We believe in transparency and fair use, and this policy ensures both parties are protected. If you have any questions regarding usage rights, don’t hesitate to ask!

To reserve your chosen date and time slot, a non-refundable retainer fee of 25% of the total package cost is required. This ensures your spot on our calendar. The remaining balance will be due at least 24 hours before your session time, unless it is arranged to pay in cash before the session starts. A late fee of $50 will be applied for any payments received after the 24-hour deadline (unless otherwise agreed upon). We appreciate your promptness and look forward to capturing your special moments!

We understand that things come up, and we strive to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. However, to ensure efficient scheduling and avoid last-minute disruptions, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session time if you need to reschedule.

  • Requests made with more than 48 hours’ notice: We’ll do our best to find a new date and time that works for everyone, free of charge.
  • Requests made within 48 hours of your session: A $50 rescheduling fee will apply to cover administrative costs.
